The staff was very nice and explained how to reach the separate building where we stayed, which was very close to the main hotel building (around 50 metres). It is located just 5 minutes walking from Roma Termini, so it's perfect if you're coming or plan on travelling by train. Roma Termini also has access to the metro lines to move around the city and to the main landmarks. Our room was on the third floor of the separate building. There is a lift that can be used, and despite how it looks, it works perfectly! Just remember to always close the doors so that it doesn't get stuck. The room was very old-fashioned, but it had everything that was needed. For the bathroom, we were given a lot of towels, soap, shower caps and two small vials of shampoo and body soap, which ended up being more than enough for the three nights we stayed. Warm water also came out pretty fast. The room was also perfectly clean.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I had chosen a room in the annex as I wanted to sleep in a quiet place without too much people going in and out. The room was great and silent, even if it was over the busstation in Piazza Indipendenza, the windows are so thick that you can't hear the noise. And I loved the view of the piazza. The reception was nice and the breakfast is one of the best that I have had in Italy, so you shouldn't miss it. I had love to come back here :)

This budget hotel had an excellent location and provided good value for money. The rooms are simple and somewhat dated but provide all that is needed, our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and if offered a good variety of foods including boiled eggs, cold meats, cheese, cakes, yogurt, bread and a good coffee machine.

Julie

Room was situated perfectly within the vicinity of Termini, with food outlets in same road. Room was immaculate, perfect size for a family and serviced daily. Reception staff were very helpful, above and beyond when asking questions and recommendations. Would definitely use and recommend this Hotel.

This hotel had good reviews overall and so my expectations were high. The good reviews were accurate. The hotel and rooms were just as described on the website and by other visitors. Friendly staff, clean room, private bathroom, affordable, and convenient location. Everything I needed.
